From time to time, we may require menu pre-orders to ensure that we offer the best service. Pre-orders must be completed on our booking system and a notification will be sent to you should this be required. Pre-orders are required 48 hours before the booking.
On the day of your booking at Sky Bar and Restaurant we ask that you arrive on time as we are only able to hold tables for 15 minutes. Please note that we reserve the right to release your booking if you do not arrive within 15 minutes from the booking time.
Table reservations are booked for 2 hours from the booking arrival time. The two hours reservation time will not be extended if you are late to your reservation.
Table reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of £10 per person. Cancellations can be made by following the link on your booking reservation.
To make a booking at Sky Bar and Restaurant you may be required to add your card details to guarantee the booking. Please note that a £10 charge per person will be applied and deducted from the card provided if your booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival or if you do not arrive for the booking.
From time to time a deposit may be required to confirm your booking and will be deducted from the final bill. Please note that this deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferrable for bookings that are cancelled or amended less than 24 hours prior to arrival or if you do not arrive for the booking. If a member of the party does not show up, the deposit for that person will be kept in full and not deducted from the final bill.
At busy times certain reservations may have a minimum spend as indicated when selecting that option during the booking journey.
When booking for an event at Sky Bar and Restaurant, different booking policies may apply, and full details will be provided within the terms and conditions for the event.
We may need to limit the number of guests that we can serve to ensure that we serve our great food and drinks with the best service, and we reserve the right to do so.
On bp pulse LIVE event nights we will be offering our events menu.
Afternoon Tea must be booked over 24 hours in advance.
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% for diners will be added to your bill and all tips are shared between our team.
Children are very welcome here at Sky Bar and Restaurant, however, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Children are welcome in our bar area until 9pm, and our restaurant area until 11.30pm. Please include all children and babies when making a booking and inform us of any particular requirements (such as the need for a highchair) when the booking is made.
As far as permitted by law, our total liability to you for any breach of these terms is limited to the total value of your booking.
