Delivery
Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if
you choose to specify the recipient's email address.
- There are no
restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered.
- Delivery of your voucher
by email is free of charge.
- You (or your recipient)
will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to
download your voucher at any time.
- Your voucher is loaded
with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
- After placing your
order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order
number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
- If you have specified a
voucher recipient email address other than yourself, you will receive
notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your
specified recipient.
Usage Terms
Voucher entitles the holder to £50 towards food and/or
drinks at High Line. Voucher must be presented when ordering. Cannot be
exchanged for cash or used with any other offer. Valid for 12 months from date
of issue.
High Line is located within the Genting Casino, which is an
over 18’s only venue. High Line reserves the right to amend or withdraw the
offer at any time
On the day of your booking High Line we ask that you arrive
on time as we are only able to hold tables for 15 minutes. Please note that we
reserve the right to release your booking if you do not arrive within 15
minutes from the booking time.
Table reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior
to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of £10 per person. Cancellations can be
made by following the link on your booking reservation.
To make a booking at Sky Bar and Restaurant you may be
required to add your card details to guarantee the booking.
From time to time a deposit may be required to confirm your
booking and will be deducted from the final bill. Please note that this deposit
will be non-refundable and non-transferrable for bookings that are cancelled or
amended less than 24 hours prior to arrival or if you do not arrive for the
booking. If a member of the party does not show up, the deposit for that person
will be kept in full and not deducted from the final bill.
On bp pulse LIVE event nights we will be offering our events
menu.
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% for diners will be
added to your bill and all tips are shared between our team.
As far as permitted by law, our total liability to you for
any breach of these terms is limited to the total value of your booking.
Personal data shared with us as part of your booking will be
processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice available here.
Please notify us of any dietary requirements at the time of
booking to ensure we can adequately cater for such requirements.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern Gift Vouchers relating to ‘Santai Spa’, ‘Genting Hotel’ and ‘Sky Bar & Restaurant’, 'High Line', each located at Resorts World Birmingham, Pendigo Way, Birmingham, B40 1PU (each a “Retail Brand”). Specific Terms and Conditions of the Retail Brands also apply.
1. About Us
The Retail Brands are operated by Genting Solihull Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06601106, with its registered office at Genting Club Star City, Watson Road, Birmingham, B7 5SA (the "Company"). In these Terms, when we refer to "we", "us" or "our", we mean the Company and / or the Retail Brands, as applicable, and when we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person purchasing or using a Gift Voucher.
2. Purchasing a Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers may only be purchased online from the Resorts World Birmingham Voucher Cart website (https://resorts-world.vouchercart.com/app/). You will be able to select the monetary value for your Gift Voucher from a set list of options, the minimum and maximum of which may differ per Retail Brand. Gift Vouchers are issued in electronic format only to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase. The risk of loss of Gift Vouchers passes to you upon electronic transmission and we are not responsible for any subsequent loss, destruction or theft of Gift Vouchers.
3. Redemption
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed in full or part for the purchase of goods and services from the Retail Brand to which they relate. Any balance remaining may be applied to further purchases. Gift Vouchers cannot be sold, reloaded, exchanged for cash, or transferred between different Retail Brands. We reserve the right to ask you to provide identification at the time of redemption of a Gift Voucher.
4. Expiry
Gift Vouchers are only valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. On the expiry date, the Gift Voucher will cease to function, and you will no longer be entitled to use it. You can check the balance of your Gift Voucher at any time by calling the Reservations Team on 0121 273 1000.
5. Liability
We give no warranties, express or implied, in relation to Gift Vouchers. Our maximum liability to you, and your sole and exclusive remedy under or arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us is for us to provide you with a replacement Gift Voucher of equivalent value for the relevant Retail Brand.
6. General
Gift Vouchers for the Retail Brands do not fall under the scope of the payment services or electronic money regulation, nor do they constitute a deposit. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and updates will be published via the Resorts World Birmingham Voucher Cart website. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy notices of Genting Solihull Limited and VoucherCart. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any legal claims or disputes arising out of the same.
